Kazakhstan preserved stability due to tolerance and friendship - Nazarbayev
AKMOLA OBLAST. May 28. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ Due to tolerance and friendship of the nation Kazakhstan could preserve its stability over 18 years of independence, Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has said at the meeting with the staff of the Vasilkovsky Mining and Processing Complex in Akmola oblast today.
The President noted that Kazakhstan was a leading country in all parameters on the Post Soviet space.
Over the years of independence Kazakhstanis have overcome the crisis caused by the Soviet Union's collapse, the Asian crisis, andon the background of the global crisis today the country develops its economy quite successfully, he stressed.
"While Europe as well as other regions of the world close productions, cut pensions and salaries Kazakhstan launches new plants and ventures. Besides, pensions and salaries of the workers of state-run organizations are raised", he pointed out.
Tolerance and friendship of Kazakhstani people is the major achievement and wealth, N. Nazarbayev said addressing the workers of the plant.
