Kazakhstan population reached 17.353 million

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - From January to October 2014 population of Kazakhstan increased by 1.12% and reached 17.353 million, reported the Committee on Statistics under the Ministry of National Economy.
Thus, at the beginning of 2014 population, according to the committee, was 17,160 million. The growth of population in the city was 1.54%, in the villages - 0.62%. The greatest population increase is registered in Astana - 3.74% followed by Magystau (2.49%), Atyrau (1.82%).
