ASTANA. February 16. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakhstan's oil output is planned to make 81 million tons this year. Kazakh Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zhanar Aitzhanova informed of it at the Wednesday sitting of the Government.
"The volume of oil production is predicted at 81 million tons, 1.9% above the level of 2010", the Minister noted.
"It is worth noting that the volume of 2011 industrial output was revised upwards to 7.3% due to the predicted growth in processing industry", Z. Aitzhanova said. She noted that it was connected with higher rates of growth in beverage industry, chemical industry, oil products and other non-metallic mineral products.
Taking into account the possible price fluctuations, the forecast of average world oil price in 2011 is kept unchanged at $ 65 per barrel.
