ASTANA. January 16. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan plans to legislatively tighten penalties for smoking in public places, trend.az refers to the official account of Nur Otan party in the social networks.
Currently, the Majilis (lower house) of Kazakh parliament is working on a draft law on amendments and supplements to the Code of Kazakhstan on public health and heath care system in which the innovation is introduced to toughen penalties for tobacco smoking in public places. In accordance to the bill the range of objects where the smoking is planned to be banned will be expanded.
