Kazakhstan open for foreign investors in issues of education and specialists retraining - Massimov
ATY. June 4. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ Kazakhstan is open for proposals of foreign investors in the issues of education obtainment and specialists retraining. Prime Minister Karim Massimov has made it public at the IV Kazakhstan Investment Summit.
Characterizing the situation in the education system, K.Massimov noted that this year the Kazakh Government considers three important programs: the State Program of Forced Industrial an Innovative Development, Healthcare Development Program and the program connected with education.
He highlighted Bolashak program and some changes in the system of education programs of Kazakhstan's universities in accordance with the international standards as key directions. The Prime Minister also noted that 20 intellectual schools are opened and created for talented youth.
K.Massimov appealed the foreign investors to assist in educational programs elaboration.
