Kazakhstan one of the first CIS countries introduced juvenile judiciary

ASTANA. October 24. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "Kazakhstan was the first among CIS countries to start introducing juvenile judiciary," chairman of the Kazakh Supreme Court Bektas Beknazarov told in a meeting with head of the Indonesian Constitutional Court Mohammad Mahfud.

"Today the country's court system meets the interests of the society and state. Kazakhstan became this year the full-fledged member of the International Courts Association," Beknazarov said.

According to him, the current judicial system aims first of all at the protection of civil rights and rights of legal persons.
