Kazakhstan OKs agreement with Estonia on protection of investments
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Today, Majilis, lower chamber of the Kazakh Parliament, has endorsed the bill "On ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Kazakhstan and Estonia on encouragement and reciprocal protection of investments".
"The agreement is aimed at creation of favorable legal conditions for encouragement and reciprocal protection of investments, improvement of investment climate and further development of mutually profitable commercial and economic cooperation between the two countries," said Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Yerbolat Dossayev, introducing the bill. In his words, the document envisages that each party should render full protection and security of investments and revenues on their territories for the second party.
