Kazakhstan offers India to participate in sea oil block development

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan invites India to develop the Abay sea oil block, Oil and Gas Vice Minister of Kazakhstan Magzum Mirgaliyev said during the protocol signing ceremony of the 11th sitting of the Kazakh-Indian intergovernmental commission for trade-economic, scientific-technical, industrial and cultural cooperation.
The meeting ended with signing a set of agreements. In particular, India will consider the proposal voiced by KazMunayGaz to join developing the Abay oil block in the Caspian Sea. Besides, the parties agreed on increasing the sales between the two nations.
