Kazakhstan needs modernization of cultural sphere - Kul-Mukhammed

ASTANA. February 4. KAZINFORM "Strategic goals of our country need modernization of culture and information spheres for improving information security, further strengthening the common Kazakh identity and unity," Kazakh Minister of Culture and Information Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed said at the enlarged board meeting of the ministry.
According to the head of the Ministry of Culture, the main priorities of modernization should be: improving strategic planning for the medium term in the framework developed at the request of the Head of State national concept of social modernization and social modernization plan by 2016.
