Kazakhstan may place nuclear fuel bank on its territory

ASTANA. April 6. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ ?Kazakhstan may consider placing a nuclear fuel bank on its territory in case of it is created?, President Nursultan Nazarbayev has announced it following the meeting with President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Kazinform reports.
?If the nuclear fuel bank is set up, Kazakhstan may consider the possibiolity of placing it on its territory since we have signed the Nuclear Weapon Non- Proliferation Treaty and we are the first post-Soviet nation which has voluntary abandoned it?, the President said at the briefing.
