Scientists, economists and financial analysts, owners and top-managers of the world's leading companies, journalists, politicians and authorities of the developed and developing countries participated in the global expertise. Their conclusions make us look at the world for a new. In particular, the experts are sure that it is impossible to bring the configuration of the global inflow of capital back to its natural channel because this leads to decline of "golden billion". Along with this preservation of the existing configuration will undermine the existing fundamental factors of the global economic development. Thus in 10-15 years the world will face a civilization crisis, the report reads.

The experts stand for changing  the global currency system which, as we know, was  also proposed by our President. The new currency should be free of national interests, risks and peculiarities of formation of  national currency. It should realize the functions of the universal equivalent of the world trade.

According to the experts, India, Brazil, Mexico, Middle East countries, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and Shanghai will strengthen their positions and will turn into large financial centers. Kazakhstan, in their opinion, is the only post-Soviet country, except Russia, which can claim this role too.  For this we should be grateful to our President's initiatives on reforming the world finances, our anti-crisis policy in 2007-2009, the country's peaceful doctrine and mutli-polarity of our foreign policy. So, in the analysts' opinion, Kazakhstan can turn into a leader of the new industrial countries. Our multi-vector policy as a geo-political doctrine of the XXI century will contribute to this process.
