Kazakhstan legalized 20,941 properties worth 137.2 billion tenge
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - 29,524 applications for legalization of property in the territory of Kazakhstan totaling 267.5 billion tenge were sent to the commissions working within local executive bodies, the press service of the Ministry of Finance informs.
They included 24 279 real properties amounting to 189.8 billion tenge, 12,989 non-residential facilities in the amount of 76.1 billion tenge, including 3187 commercial buildings worth 52.9 billion tenge, 14 applications were received for legalization of the shares in legal entities totaling 0.7 billion tenge, securities amounting to 0.8 billion tenge. Presently, 20 941 property items for 137 billion tenge have been legalized. 10 applications for legalization of the property registered beyond the borders of Kazakhstan totaling 228.8 million tenge have been received. Property registered beyond the borders of Kazakhstan includes 7 residential facilities amounting to 224.4 million tenge, 1 non-residential facility worth 1.5 million tenge, 1 commercial facility worth 1.5 million tenge, 2 shares in legal entities totaling 3 million tenge, as well as securities in the amount of 670 tenge.
