Kazakhstan, Latvia eye better inter-parliamentary ties

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Chairman of the Committee for International Relations, Defense and Security under the Kazakh Senate Ikram Adyrbekov has met today with member of the European Parliament Andrey Mamykin who came to Astana as part of the Latvian delegation, the Senate's press service reports.
The sides exchanged views on relevant issues of international and regional policy, development of commercial and economic relations between Astana and Riga and better cooperation between Kazakhstani and Latvian parliamentarians within inter-parliamentary forums.
