MOSCOW. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstan is one of the most dynamically developing CIS countries," 1st President of Ingushetia, Hero of the Soviet Union Ruslan Aushev told Kazinform Agency.
"I would like to congratulate Kazakhstan, my Motherland. I was born in the Kokchetav oblast. I am really rejoicing at the country's success along with my brothers and sisters, my compatriots," he added wishing Kazakhstan peace, happiness and prosperity.
