ALMATY. March 14. KAZINFORM A prominent professor from the United States Dr. Gregory Payne conducted a workshop on crisis communication at the Kazakh-British Technical University in Almaty, the university's press service told Kazinform.
Dr. Gregory Payne is an associate professor in Emerson College's Department of Communication Studies. He is an expert in political and crisis communication; he consults the U.S. Department of State, UN, UNICEF, Los Angeles, Boston and Barcelona administrations, international companies and NGOs.
The workshop focused on the development of an anti-crisis program, inner PR, mass media instruments in modern anti-crisis communication and so on.
"Kazakhstan is a dynamically developing country with a huge scientific potential. I would be glad to interact with my Kazakhstani colleagues," G. Payne said.
