Kazakhstan industrial production increased by 10% against 2009 - Statistics Agency

ASTANA. January 13. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Last year the volume of industrial production increased by 10 percent against 2009; the Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
"The volume of industrial production in January-December, 2010 made up about KZT 11.8 trln", the Agency's message reads.
According to the Agency, mining industry and quarry development production increased by 5.3 percent, processing industry - by 18.4 percent, supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning - by 4.1 percent, water supply, sewerage system, control over collection and distribution of waste - by 4.8 percent.
The volume of the gross agricultural output made up KZT 1.441 bln decreasing by 11.7 percent against 2009.
