TANA. September 6. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ According to Newsweek magazine, in 2010 Kazakhstan took the 14th place among 100 countries by the level of education. Vice Prime Minister Yerbol Orynbayev has announced it at the 2nd international conference "20 years of independence: quality and prospects of human capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
