Official Consultant of the Kazakh Ministry of Education ad Science in the field of scientific innovations and international projects, professor of the Chemnitz University of Technology Wolfram Scharff has said it at the meeting with members of the Committee for Economic and Regional Policy of the Kazakh Senate.

"We understood that your President develops your country very well, and now you face the same goal - to develop small and medium business", Wolfram Scharff said.

He noted that starting conditions for development of small and medium business in East Germany were similar to those ones which are formed in Kazakhstan at present. Today the eastern part of Germany has more innovation enterprises that the western. This happened owing to the goal-oriented state support of small and medium business. In particular, there are allocated loans amounting to 80 percent from total cost of the project for implementation of innovation projects.
