Kazakhstan earned sitting volleyball silver at the Asian Para Games 2023 in Hangzhou, China, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the Men’s gold medal match the Kazakh sitting volleyball squad faced Iran. The Iranian team stunned Kazakhstan, claiming gold. The Kazakh athletes settled for silver. Bronze went to Chinese volleyball players.
Recall that the Kazakh para volleyball team earned the 2024 Paris Olympics berth at the Asian Sitting Volleyball Championships.
