Kazakhstan develops bill on reduced public transport fare for students

TANA. October 3. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science has elaborated a draft Law which provides introduction of reduced public transport fare for students. Minister Bakytzhan Zhumagulov has announced in an interview to journalists.
"Some regions have fares, but most of the regions do not. Hence we set a task to make reduced fare for our students within 50 percent," he said following results of the Government's session.
"I think that youth will actively participate in discussion of this bill. Of course it will be refined, but I consider that it is a very good bill for our youth," the Minister resumed.
