ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani women's basketball team continue to participate in the 17th Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, Kazinform has learned from Sports.kz.
Team Kazakhstan were devastated by the Mongolia squad 53:79 in Group A match.
Nadezhda Kondrakova of Kazakhstan was the most active among her teammates throughout the game scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds. Kazakhstani basketball players were scheduled to meet with Qatar on September 26, but the Qatari athletes withdrew from the competition.
