Kazakhstan declares national mourning over death of border guards

ASTANA. June 4. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has declared June 5 a day of national mourning in connection with the death of border guards at Arkankergen border outpost, the Presidential press service said.
