MINSK. December 27. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan is considering the possibility of building full-cycle milk factories in some areas of Kazakhstan with assistance of Belarus. The information was released by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Belarus Mr Ergali Bulegenov at a press conference on 26 December, BelTA has learned.
The diplomat said that large delegations led by the top administrators of Kazakhstan oblasts are expected to arrive in Minsk in January. The sides are expected to discuss new joint projects, including the establishment of milk factories and the construction of agricultural farms. "I think that some new projects will be as early as next year," specified Ergali Bulegenov.
In his words, negotiations are now underway to arrange the delivery of Kazakh paraxylene to the Belarusian company Mogilevkhimvolokno and to use the material to make yarn.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan was on the whole positive about the level of the bilateral cooperation: "Belarus-Kazakhstan relations have reached the level of strategic partnership". In September Belarus and Kazakhstan marked the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the bilateral relations. During these years Belarus-Kazakhstan relations have been only rising. The trusting and friendly relations between the presidents give the key impulse to the tight bilateral cooperation, believes the Ambassador, BelTA informs.
Ergali Bulegenov said joint projects involving Belarus are now being implemented in Kazakhstan, including projects to assemble and service BelAZ trucks and projects to assemble Belarusian tractors and agricultural machines, projects to make x-raying equipment.
"Everything Belarus has preserved and is proud of, these enterprises are now represented in Kazakhstan," stressed the Ambassador. "Kazakh regions have a good opinion about Belarusian machines. Despite the competition I can say that Belarusian machines are very good and are built to last".
