Kazakhstan calls on Turkish businessmen for participation in Industrialization Program - N. Nazarbayev
ASTANA. May 25. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ At today's Kazakh-Turkish Business Forum Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev has called on the representatives of Turkish business circles for participation in implementation of projects of the State Program of Forced Industrial Innovative Development.
The Head of the State noted that 144 industrial projects with the budget of USD 5 billion was planned to be implemented within the program in 2010. The President named the spheres of oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and engineering industries as the most perspective ones. Besides, he emphasized the importance of participation in the energy and infrastructure projects, particularly transport and information communications. For instance, it can be "Western Europe - Western China" international corridor, construction of new airports and a Caspian seaport.
