Kazakhstan 'Austria's important partner on dialogue between cultures and religions': Jan Kickert
VIENNA. February 23. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan is an important partner for Austria on the dialogue between cultures and religions, Jan Kickert, Political Director of Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs said at the conference on the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Austria on Wednesday in Vienna.
"Kazakhstan maintains good relations with the countries of Central Asia, Russia, China, USA, Turkey and Arab countries. This is a good example. Currently, there is a struggle for nuclear safety, and we very much respect the decision of Kazakhstan to renounce nuclear weapons. This is also a good example for other countries," Kickert noted.
He emphasized Kazakhstan's active participation in the work of international organizations, including the OSCE.
