ASTANA. April 16. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Kazakhstan as the OSCE chairman will unite world countries for assisting Kyrgyz people", Kazakh President N.Nazarbayev has said today at the press conference in Akorda.
"The sawing campaign is underway now. Kyrgyzstan is lack of fuel and lubricants. If the campaign is failed, the country will face humanitarian disaster in autumn", N.Nazarbayev stressed.
Besides, N.Nazarbayev said that Kazakhstan will render humanitarian assistance to the neighbor country and provide it with fuel and lubricants.
As the Kazakh President noted, it is necessary to stabilize the situation in Kyrgyzstan for further peaceful development, pay attention to the economy and law order, as long as criminal element run rampant.
"The situation is difficult, we should assist them", the Head of the State said.
