Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan launched communications' interface

ASTANA. May 13. KAZINFORM A launching of telecommunications' interface of "Kazakhtelecom" JSC and "Turkmentelecom" with participation of heads of states of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan was held on May 11, the press service of the authority says.
Kazakhtelecom JSC and Turkmentelecom have finished joint construction works. The interface provides link through networks of Kazakhtelecom with networks of Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Iran, and also the traffic transit of Turkmenistan by Kazakhstan's transit potential towards Russia, Europe, and South-East Asian countries.
