ASTANA. December 8. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakhstan and Russia are strategic partners in fact. Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Ural Mukhamedzhanov said during the meeting with Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Mironov.
He noted that Kazakhstan and Russia were strategic partners and meetings at inter-parliamentary level were held virtually every month. He also reminded of his initiative to establish an inter-parliamentary group to ensure synchronization of ratification of international agreements signed by the Heads of two states within the process of economic integration.
S. Mironov, in his turn, expressed confidence that the Parliaments of the two countries would do everything to realize the agreements reached by the heads of the countries.
'I congratulate you on successfully held Summit, we are glad that we succeeded in achieving your goals', S. Mirnov added.
