Kazakhstan and Iran to develop cooperation – Business Council

ALMATY. August 10. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sihimbayev/ The first meeting of the Kazakh-Iranian Business Council established in 2009 for support and business development has been held today in Almaty within the visit of Iranian business delegation to Kazakhstan.

It gave an opportunity for business communities of both countries to discuss the issues regarding business development as well as to exchange relevant information and promote further successful partnership. The Iranian delegation was represented by the companies involved in food industry, chemical manufacturing, companies producing agricultural equipment, etc.

According to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Kazakhstan Gorban Seyfi the relations between Iran and Kazakhstan are at a high level and continue to develop. 'Our cooperation at the international level is very dynamic and meets the needs of both countries. We have a lot of opportunities to have stable developing partnership between our countries in many spheres. The first important sector is economy, today we are witnessing the establishment of Kazakh-Iranian Business Council. Besides, we can develop cooperation in such spheres as agriculture, engineering and technical services, education etc', the Ambassador noted.
