Kazakhstan and China have common interest in security sphere - Hu Jintao
ASTANA. June 13. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakhstan and China have common interest in the security sphere. President of the People's Republic of China Hu Jintao has announced it at a briefing.
"The sides will make joint efforts for ensuring secure and stable operating of the Chinese-Kazakh oil and gas pipelines, expanding cooperation in the field of nuclear energy," Hu Jintao said.
He noted that Kazakhstan and China will further strengthen cooperation in the law enforcement sphere both in the bilateral basis and within the SCO.
"We highly estimated the SCO success over the last 10 years. The both sides are ready to use the SCO Summit in Astana as a good chance for stimulating steady stable and healthy development of the SCO," he stressed.
