Kazakhstan's pension payments up since Jan 1

ASTANA. KAZINFORM As earlier reported, the Government of Kazakhstan adopted resolutions to increase pension payments by 9% and social benefits by 7% starting from January 1, 2015.
The resolutions come into effect since January 1, 2015. Besides, the country's minimum pension stands now at KZT 23,692 against KZT 20,782 in 2014. The state basic pension payment rose from KZT 9,983 in 2014 to reach KZT 11,182 since January 1, 2015.
