Kazakhs celebrated Nowruz holiday in Beijing

The event was held within the framework of the 7^th Cultural Spring Festival. The Nowruz Festival familiarizes residents and guests of Beijing with colorful and unique traditions and culture of the Kazakh people.

Those present enjoyed traditional dances and songs of Kazakhstan as well as bawyrsaks, kazy-karta and other dishes of the national cuisine. An exhibition of Kazakh handmade items also took place during the festival.

Kazakh diplomats, representatives of national companies and students attended the celebration of Norwuz in Beijing.
