Kazakh-US coop in resolving Afghan problem discussed in Government

ANA. February 22. KAZINFORM. Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov met with Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Richard Holbrooke in Ukimet Uyi on Sunday; Kazinform refers to the PM's press service.
A number of issues regarding development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the USA in bilateral and multilateral formats was discussed. In particular, the parties considered further interaction within the framework of international efforts on resolving the situation in Afghanistan. They also exchanged opinions on holding the OSCE Summit in 2010 in Kazakhstan.
