Kazakh TV channels ‘Culture’ and ‘Education’ to be launched within two years

ASTANA. September 24. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Kazakhstan plans to launch a TV channel 'Culture' next year and TV channel 'Education' in the year of 2012. Minister of Communications and Information Askar Zhumagaliyev has said it today at the ceremony of launching the first children's channel 'Balapan' in Astana.
'I congratulate viewers on launching a new channel', A. Zhumagaliyev said and emphasized that the Head of the State gave instructions on developing this project. 'We plan to launch our TV channel 'Culture' and TV channel 'Education'. I wish successful future for the first children's channel. It is the channel for our children, I wish people would like this channel', A. Zhumagaliyev added.
