Kazakh, Turkish Presidents to open Academy of Turkic World in Astana

ASTANA. May 6. KAZINFORM /Gulnara Zhandagulova/ Presidents of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and Turkey Abdullah Gul will open an Academy of Turkic World in Astana on May 25. Kazakh Minister of Education and Science Zhanseit Tuimebayev informed about it at the sitting of the National Commission for UNESCO and ISESCO on Thursday.
"From now on all scientists involved in research in archaeology, ethnology, Turkology and literature will be able to work in Astana. An archive, a museum and a library will be opened specially for it", the Minister said.
