Kazakh Transport Ministry vows to cover all urban areas with bus service by 2020

ASTANA. November 26. KAZINFORM The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan says bus service will cover all urban areas in the republic by 2020.
The news was made public by Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev at the Government's session Tuesday.
In his words, currently bus service covers 75% of urban areas in Kazakhstan. 300 additional bus routes will be opened in the country by 2020 to cover all populated areas. In addition, all bus stations and coach terminals will be brought into accordance with national standards.
