Kazakh Transport Minister to attend ECO Summit in Baku

BAKU. October 15. KAZINFORM Kazakh Minister of Transport and Communications Askar Zhumagaliyev will attend the 12th summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) on October 16 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
On the threshold of the summit Kazakh Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Amangeldy Zhumabayev arrived in Baku to participate in the 20th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization, which is held today.
ECO is an interstate economic organization founded in 1985 by the Central Asian and Middle East countries. It unites Kazakhstan, Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan.
