ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani tennis player Andrey Golubev has crashed out of the ATP's Shanghai Rolex Masters tournament in China this morning, Kazinform has learned from atpworldtour.com.
American Steve Johnson routed the Kazakhstani in three sets 6:3, 1:6, 6:3 in the opening match. Golubev hit 10 aces and made only 2 double faults, but it didn't help him win the match. Another athlete representing Kazakhstan Mikhail Kukushkin continues his participation in the Shanghai-hosted tournament with the prize fund of more than $4 million.
