ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's tennis player Yulia Putintseva has advanced to the second round of the women's singles at the ITF Women Pelham 2014 tournament in U.S., Kazinform refers to Sports.kz.
In the first round, the 5th seed Putintseva outplayed Korean Su Jeong Jang 7:6, 6:7, 6:3. The Kazakh player will face Chiara Scholl from the U.S. in the second round.
