Kazakh Supreme Court Judge relieved of post due to transfer to another job

ASTANA. September 10. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The issue on relief of Yelis Abdykadyrov from duties of Judge of the Supreme Court was discussed at the plenary session of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament.
By the Decree of the Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan Y.Abdykadyrov was appointed Head of the Department on control over legality of the judicial acts and representation of the state's interests in the court of the Kazakh General Prosecutor's Office. In this regard Y.Abdykadyrov applied for resignation from his post.
The Senate adopted a resolution on relief of Y.Abdykadyrov of office of Judge of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan due to transfer to another job.
