Kazakh Supreme Court Chairman met with German colleague
ASTANA. October 19. KAZINFORM Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan Musabek Alimbekov held a meeting with retired judge of the Supreme Court of Germany Dietrich Beyer.
The meeting was held on the eve of the workshop titled "Direct Application of Constitutional Norms" that would be held on October 20, 2010 at the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan. The event will be organized by the European Union together with the Kazakh Supreme Court within the project "Support to Judicial and Legal Reform in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
D.Beyer informed on the provision of realization of the principle of uniformity of judicial practice in Germany and the issues of judicature.
M.Alimbekov thanked the German guest for the meeting and expressed readiness to cooperate.
