Kazakh Senators met with Vietnamese Premier
ASTANA. September 15. KAZINFORM Deputies of the Senate of Kazakhstan's Parliament headed by Chairman of the House Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev have met with Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung paying official visit to Kazakhstan, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Senate.
The state and prospects for development of bilateral Kazakh-Vietnamese relations, including establishment of contacts at the interparliamentary level were discussed at the meeting.
Noting the importance of the visit for strengthening of the cooperation in all spheres, the Speaker emphasized the significance of the interparlaimentary relations aimed at promotion of the realization of existing partnership potential between two states.
The Head of the Kazakh Senate expressed readiness to active interaction of Kazakhstan and Vietnam within the international organizations. In this regard K.Tokayev noted that Vietnam's accession to the CICA will strengthen the process.
According to Nguyen Tan Dung, traditionally friendly relations exist between or countries. "Today we have great sources for achievement of a new level of cooperation meeting mutual interests and profits of two countries", the Head of the Vietnamese Government said.
The Vietnamese Prime Minister spoke for development of contacts between the Parliaments of both countries and extended K.Tokayev an invitation of the Head of the Vietnam National Assembly to pay official visit to the country.
