Kazakh Senate ratifies Swiss-Kazakhstani readmission agreement
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani senators have endorsed the Law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Swiss Federal Council on readmission of persons residing without authorization".
"Inked by the two nations in Bern on March 4, 2010, the agreement provides for procedures to identify and return persons who violated the conditions of entry and stay on the territory of the countries. Coming into effect of this document is seen as the main condition for visa-free entry for Kazakhstani and Swiss holders of diplomatic passports," Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Kalmukhanbet Kassymov said introducing the bill. The Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan will monitor the implementation of the agreement.
