Kazakh Senate ratifies Agreement on opening of Islamic Bank in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. June 22. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Senate adopted the Law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Kazakh Government and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on opening of the Islamic Bank in Kazakhstan".
The ratification of the Agreement will promote emergence of alternative forms of financing in Kazakhstan that will provide establishment of competitive environment at the financial market, attract additional investments to the banking sphere and other sectors of the economy.
