Kazakh Senate considered draft law on simplification of state registration of legal entities

ASTANA. October 29. KAZINFORM Today, the Kazakh Senate held an extended meeting of the Committee on constitutional legislation, judiciary and law enforcement agencies.
The subject of discussion was the draft law "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state registration of legal entities and registration of branches and representative offices."
According to the Deputy Minister of Justice Dulat Kustavletov, the draft law aims to reduce the administrative barriers.
In addition, the draft law is to reduce time and costs of starting a business.
