Kazakh Secretary of State to visit Norway
ASTANA. October 11. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Kazakh Secretary of State and Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev will pay an official visit to Norway. Kazakh MFA's official spokesperson Askar Abdrakhmanov has made it public at a weekly briefing today.
Mr. Saudabayev is expected to meet with Crown Prince of Norway Haakon Magnus, Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, President of the Storting (Parliament) Dag Terje Andersen. The issues of the status and prospects of Kazakh-Norwegian cooperation in political, trade-economic and investment spheres as well as the interaction in multilateral format, including the OSCE line, are planned to be discussed.
A number of bilateral documents in consular field is to be signed following the talks.
K. Saudabayev will also speak at the international conference on the issues of nuclear-free world and nonproliferation.
