Kazakh President visited Energy-Taraz

TARAZ. May 25. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev visited a plant on light-emitting-diode lamps production "Energy Taraz" LLC during his working trip to Zhambyl region.
The project of widely used light-emitting-diode lamps, reducing energy consumption to 70 percents, was implemented in 2011 following the visit of the Kazakh President.
N. Nazarbayev was interested in the advantages of such lamps, which are the long life (about 20 years), 30% energy consumption saving and high reliability. Since its start the plant has produced lamps to the amount of KZT 91.4 million. Attainment of projected capacity is planned for 2013.
