Kazakh President urges to support domestic car manufacturers

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has urged both businessmen and government officials to buy cars produced by domestic automakers.
"I would like once again to reiterate the need to buy ‘our' cars. This is not only out of pure patriotism, it is dictated by economic reasons. They are as good as the ones produced outside of the country. Both government officials and businessmen should buy them," the President stressed at the Friday session of the National Investors' Council.
