Kazakh President to participate in new banner raising ceremony in Astana

ASTANA. November 26. KAZINFORM On the occasion of the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan a new banner of the Head of State will be raised in a grand ceremony on 1 December, Kazinform has been told by Altai Abibullayev, an official spokesman for the Central Communications Service.
As reported earlier, the banner of the President has been slightly altered by the presidential decree dated 31 October.
