Kazakh President to participate in 5th Astana Economic Forum

ASTANA. May 23. KAZINFORM The opening ceremony of the 5th Astana Economic Forum with the participation of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is to take place in Astana today.
The 5th Astana Economic Forum has brought together 8 000 delegates from 90 countries. The forum is one of the largest international platforms where a wide range of world economy issues is discussed.
This year's conference will be focused on three topics: financial capital and world economy, industrial and innovative development, sustainable development and global social situation.
The majority of events within the forum will be held today. A number of panel sessions and other events were conducted yesterday.
